Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for sizing issues or defective items.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Item must be unworn

  • Item must be unwashed

  • Item must be in original condition

  • Item must be free from damage caused by the customer

  • Item must include original tags, if applicable

Non-Eligible Items

We do not accept exchanges for:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized products

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage

Returns

At this time, Quiet Club does not accept returns for refunds due to sizing preferences, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind.

Please review sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
